Conditions for Returns

In order to make a return, please be sure that:

• The merchandise is returned within 7 days from the arrival date
• The merchandise has not been used
• There are no visible signs of damage 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for all shipping costs of returning product to us. Please place the merchandise in post office friendly packaging. Be sure to print and insert a return slip so that your refund is processed correctly. Send all return mail to the following address.

We are not responsible for goods that become damaged or lost in the return process. To help avoid this, we recommend using a insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without proof of received goods.
